I've been trying for the past two weeks to get these pictures to load and they finally cooperated today. Yippee!!
We've had Emmie out every day this week and she handles it really well. We've been to the Great Frederick Fair twice so I'll be posting pictures from that hopefully sooner than I got these up. =o)

Joanna and Chad, I haven't yet congratulated you on your new addition - she is beautiful!! I am so happy for you and pray God's continued blessings on your family :)
We actually went to the fair three times last week. =o) Chad's aunt works for the fairgrounds so we had passes. It's just a fun time to go and look at the animals and exhibits and spend time with friends. Did I mention there's really good food and I didn't have to cook dinner three nights last week? Bar-b-que, cotton candy, funnel cakes, pretzels, crab cakes, etc...you get the picture. =o)

Emmie is so sweet!!! So does she take a pacifier? Nora never did...sometimes I wished she would!

Yep, she'll take a pacifier, which is really nice. She's working on sucking her thumb but since her thumb is still so small she usually ends up sucking her whole hand. It will be nice once she learns to suck her thumb so that we won't have to get up at night to put her pacifier back in her mouth when she spits it out and then starts fussing. =o)
